Distribution

Distributed in southern and western Europe , Africa , Asia and South America.

Description

The spiders of the family have only 6 eyes and only 2 spinning organs. The front pair of paws is very elongated. [1] All representatives produce non- cribellum ( lat. Cribellum ) silk. [2] They also have a red cephalothorax, a powerful front pair of legs that rise during the movement of the spider.
