Biography
Born into a poor Jewish family. In the Red Army since 1920, he graduated from an artillery school.
During the Great Patriotic War - deputy commander of the Air Defense Army, chief of staff of the Moscow Air Defense Front ( 1942 - 1943 ), chief of staff of the Special Moscow Air Defense Army . In 1944 - 1945 - Chief of the Central Headquarters of the Air Defense of the Red Army. He died in this post in 1947 .
