Štiavnické vrchy ( Slovak. Štiavnické vrchy ), a mountain range in central Slovakia , part of the Slovakian Highlands . The highest point is Mount Sitno , 1009 m. Stiavnitske Vrhi lie in the basins of the Gron and tributary Ipel Stiavnica . On the territory of Štiavnitsky Vrhov there is the largest protected natural park in the Štiavnitsky Vrhi CJSC in Slovakia . Vegetation - mainly oak and beech forests.
