Irreversible reactions

Irreversible reactions are reactions in which the substances taken are completely converted into reaction products that do not react with each other under given conditions, for example, the decomposition of explosives , the combustion of hydrocarbons , the formation of slightly dissociating compounds, the precipitation, the formation of gaseous substances.

Ba (ClO 2 ) 2 + H 2 SO 4 → 2HClO 2 + BaSO 4 ↓
NaHCO 3 + CH 3 COOH → CH 3 COONa + H 2 O + CO 2 ↑

However, it must be understood that when the reaction conditions change, it is theoretically possible to shift the equilibrium of any reaction.
