Like most of my fellow countrymen, I am very proud that our Posur region has nurtured many talented people. Among them, and N. V. Naryshkin. “Russian diary” is an attempt of an intelligent, wise person to convey what the ordinary Russian person feels, whose life is inseparable from the life of the country and the world as a whole. Therefore, it is not surprising that reflections in the 11th volume on the objectives of the “color revolutions”, on the role of the G20 leaders at the 2013 summit held in 2013, on the collapse with impressions of events in the fate of a private person alternate. Whatever the cataclysms may shake the world, and after that Russia, our man, the writer is sure, is basically the same: the spirit of a pilgrim and a patriot is strangely combined in it. In the museum, I drew attention to the books and material dedicated to the peasants. But our origins are peasant. Therefore, I read with special interest books about the difficult life of the peasants, about their tireless work in the field and injustice in life. But in fact, as the peasant works, probably, no one can do it.

Nikolai Vasilyevich says with pain that the work of the peasants was never appreciated, but quite the opposite: the peasants were humiliated. Without any notes, Nikolai Vasilievich spoke about what seemed uninteresting to everyone - about the Russian language, about Russian culture and Russian literature. Surprisingly, everyone listened attentively to the speaker.

Nikolai Vasilievich - an unusually erudite person. He recited the poems of Dudin and Bunin from Russian about the Russian language, quoting Dahl. The fate of the dialect words of our locality, the originally Russian names, surnames, the etymology of toponyms, the names of holidays, utensils, and many more worried about the professor.
