The flag was approved on November 1, 2008 and entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 4692.
The flag of the municipality is the rural settlement of Biorkovsky, based on the coat of arms of the rural settlement of Biorkovsky according to the rules and relevant traditions of vexillology and reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
Description
"A rectangular panel with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing figures from the coat of arms of the settlement, made in white, black and yellow colors, on a field that is blue and red (like brickwork)."
Justification of Symbols
The main figure of the flag of the rural settlement of Biorkovskoye is bricks folded for transportation, symbolically reflecting the Gololobovsky brick factory and the Karasevsky ceramic factory, which are the main industrial enterprises of the settlement. Folded bricks are a wall symbolizing protection, endurance, unity.
The white stream pouring through the bricks - an allegory of milk, symbolizes the large dairy production of the settlement - Panovsky CJSC.
The crowned capital of the column indicates the belonging of a rural settlement on the territory of the Kolomensky municipal district, the coat of arms of which also shows a column, which emphasizes the commonality of interests and historical unity of the two independent municipalities. The column is a symbol of support, stability and confidence.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
Red color is a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming power, beauty and celebration.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, generosity, wealth, and harvest.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, clarity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
