The magazine was founded in 1953 . At the beginning of 2010, 58 volumes were published. The citation index ( impact factor ) is 1.000. [3]
Dedicated to the issues of evolutionary, molecular and comparative zoology. The journal publishes the results of scientific research in various fields of animal science, including genetics, physiology, ecology and ethology.
