Awards of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation - departmental awards of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation , established by orders of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation No. 69 dated August 8, 2008 and No. 20 dated July 1, 2009 .
In connection with the formation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation , which became the successor to the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, by order of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation dated July 15, 2011 No. 111 the order of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation dated August 8, 2008 No. 69 was invalidated. in order No. 111 the status of the order of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2009, No. 20 is not defined.

List of Awards
In accordance with the Regulation on the insignia of the Investigative Committee, approved by order of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation No. 69 dated August 8, 2008 , as well as order No. 20 dated July 1, 2009 , the insignia related to the type of incentive for employees of bodies and institutions of the Investigative Committee and were departmental awards.
The following incentives were established:
- Breastplate “Honorary Worker of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation” ;
- registered firearms and knives;
- marks of Excellence;
- Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation ;
- a valuable gift from the Chairman of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation ;
- gratitude of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation ;
- a gift from the Chairman of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation .
The insignia in their importance were located in the following order:
- Medal “For fidelity to official duty” (SKP RF) ;
- Medal "Valor and Courage" (SKP RF) ;
- Medal of Merit ;
- Medal "For Distinction" ;
- Insignia "For participation in countering aggression in South Ossetia" ;
- Medal "For Impeccable Service" I, II, III degrees;
- Medal "Veteran of Investigative Bodies" (SKP RF) ;

- Insignia "For diligence in service . "
Award Order
Depending on the achievements in career performance, the following were awarded:
- the insignia “For diligence in service” - federal state civil servants of bodies and institutions of the Investigative Committee;
- “Valor and Courage” and “For Merit” medals - investigators, forensic prosecutors, heads of investigative units and other employees (as stipulated in the regulation) for general and specific merits in official activities;
- medals “For fidelity to official duty” and “For distinction”, medal “For perfect service” of I, II, III degrees - any employee of bodies and institutions of the Investigative Committee, taking into account a certain length of service for success in work and conscientious attitude to official duties;
- a distinction mark “For participation in countering aggression in South Ossetia” - investigators, forensic investigators, heads of investigative bodies, employees of procedural control units, other employees of the Investigative Committee who performed their tasks in countering aggression in South Ossetia;
- “Veteran of Investigative Bodies” medal - any conscientious employee of bodies and institutions of the Investigative Committee who has served for more than 25 years in the investigative units of the prosecutor's office (including investigative units of other investigative bodies, whose term of service is counted in the length of service in the Investigative Committee);
- Medal “For Assistance” - persons who are not employees of the Investigative Committee and have assisted in the investigation of crimes.
Repeated rewarding with the distinction sign “For diligence in service”, medals “For fidelity to official duty”, “For assistance”, and “Veteran of investigative bodies” were not made. Awarding the medal “For Impeccable Service” of three degrees was carried out sequentially from a medal of the III degree to a medal of the I degree, with the exception of cases specified in the Regulations for the medal.
Awarding for new services with the same distinction from those that could be awarded repeatedly was possible no earlier than three years after the previous award, except in cases of rewarding for services in performing tasks of special importance and complexity.
Order of wearing rewards
The medals of the Investigative Committee and the distinction "For participation in countering aggression in South Ossetia" are worn on the left side of the chest below the state awards of the Russian Federation in a sequence that determines their importance.
The insignia "For diligence in service" is worn on the right side of the chest below the state awards of the Russian Federation, after the badge "Honorary Worker of the Investigative Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation".
