Sikh ( box 식혜 ) is a Korean traditional sweet rice drink that is often drunk as a dessert. This rice drink is made from rice and oil. It can also be called tansul ( cor. 단술 ) or gamju ( cor. 감주 ? , 甘 酒? ). Both names mean “ sweet wine ” and can also be used to name another drink, low alcohol gum .
