Biography
Born in Odessa. From 1906 he lived in Chita. Member of the RCP (b) since 1918. In 1918, the prosecutor of the Trans-Baikal Tribunal.
In 1919-1921 he served in the Cheka of Omsk and was deputy chief of the Cheka of the Far Eastern Republic . Since 1921, the representative of the People's Commissariat for Sibrevkome.

From May 1937 to 1938 - First Secretary of the Karaganda Regional Committee of the CPSU (b).
