Novobavarsky district ( Ukrainian: Novavobarsky district , until 2016 - Zhovtnevy ) is an administrative district in the southwestern part of Kharkov . It was founded in 1924 as the administrative-territorial part of the city.

General information
The area covers an area of 34.7 square meters. km, the population of the district is 108.7 thousand people. On the territory of the district there are about 400 streets, side streets, entrances, driveways. The total length of roads is 219.68 km.
History
It was founded in 1924 as the administrative-territorial part of the city.
By order of the head of the Kharkov Regional State Administration on May 17, 2016, the Zhovtnevy district was renamed to Novobavarsky.
Industry
