History

According to legend, Vybyty (in the local pronunciation of Lybyut) is the birthplace of Princess Equal-to-the-Apostles Olga . The Pskov tradition and Lives say that Olga was a carrier from Vybut (Lybut), where Prince Igor met her during the crossing on the canoe across the Great River.
