Biography
Starting to perform in the lightest category (up to 48 kg), Haddad becomes the bronze medalist of the 2002 African Championship . At the Olympics in Athens, she lost in the quarterfinal to the future champion from Japan Ryoko Tani , then lost in a comforting fight.
In 2004 , 2005 and 2008 he became the champion of Africa, in 2007 - the bronze medalist of the All-African Games. Also in 2005, he won the Mediterranean Games in Almeria and became the bronze medalist of the World Cup in Cairo .
In 2006, in an open letter, she announces a decision to end her sports career, explaining this by the impossibility of combining sports with study and lack of money. However, after a conversation with the Minister of Sports of Algeria, to whom the letter was addressed, she changed her mind. Won victories at a number of international tournaments, including those included in the Grand Prix series.
At the Olympics in Beijing, Chinese Xiang Dongmei lost in the semifinals, but in the battle for the bronze medal, she defeated the athlete from Kazakhstan Cholpan Khaliyeva.
