Low Beskids , also Central Beskids ( Polish. Beskidy Środkowe ) - a mountain range in eastern Slovakia and southeastern Poland . Part of the mountain system of the Carpathians . It consists of Lower Beskids , Busov , Ondavskoy Vrkhovina , Laboretsk Vrkhovina and Beskydy Foothills .

The massif extends in an arc from west to east and is a watershed between the rivers of the Danube basin in the south ( Toplya , Ondava , Laborets ) and the rivers of the Vistula basin in the north ( Vislok , Vislok , Belaya). The highest point is Mount Busov.
