Alexei Petrovich Rastvartsev (born August 8, 1978 in Belgorod , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian handball player .

He played for the handball clubs Neva (St. Petersburg), Energia (Voronezh), Chekhov Bears (Moscow Region), and became the champion of Russia as a member of the latter. Subsequently, he played for the Macedonian club Vardar and the Serbian Vojvodina .
