BA-21 - an experienced Soviet light armored car . It was created in 1937 - 1938 on the chassis of an experimental three-axle car GAZ-21 . The armored hull is welded from rolled armored sheets, an additional machine gun is mounted in the frontal sheet of the hull in the ball mount. The tower from the BA-20 was rotated by the efforts of the shooter. The tower machine gun DT was vertically induced in the sector +23 degrees. −13 deg.

It was made in a single prototype, which began to pass tests. Further development and production were discontinued due to the refusal of serial production of the GAZ-21 .
The only issued copy is currently in the Armored Museum in Kubinka .
