Shachi (lit. "power", "power") is the goddess of jealousy and anger in Hinduism and the Vedic religion , the wife of Indra . Her other names are: Indrani ("Princess of Indra"), Aindri , Mahendri and Pulomi ). Saci is the daughter of Asura Puloman , whom Indra killed. She is one of the seven matrices ( mother goddesses ). Sachi is described as a beautiful girl with a thousand eyes. She is associated with lions and elephants . From Indra, she had six sons: Jayant , Midhus , Nilambara , Ribhus , Rishabha and Sitragupta . In the ancient Indian epic, Sachi is also described as "infinitely beautiful." The Rig Veda mentions that she is the happiest of wives, because her husband will never die.
