Biography

The service of a graduate of the Page Corps began in His Majesty's Life Guards Ulansky regiment.

He participated in many battles and battles. He participated in the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-78.

Until 1891, he served in Poland as an official of special assignments, then Siberia, the vice-governorship in the Tobolsk province . And only five years later, already in the rank of state adviser, he managed to move to the Volga.

Neither special abilities nor business initiative Konstantin Platonovich was different. But impeccably carried out all the instructions of the governors.

Serious troubles began in 1905 when Fredericks, after the resignation of Unterberger, became acting governor.

Finding himself in a new role, he did not find the strength in himself to counter revolutionary anarchy, meekly surrenders power to the strike committee, and closes newspapers that are objectionable to that.

Dismissed and convicted in 1906 for bribery.
