At-Tur ( Arabic. الطور - Mountain ) is the fifty-second sura of the Koran . Surah Meccan . It consists of 49 ayahs.

Sura begins with an oath of five of the greatest creations that the infidels who deny the messenger will certainly be punished. It tells about the types of punishment that will strike them on the Day of Resurrection and Retribution. Then, in the Sura, it is about the bliss of the God-fearing, that they will enjoy eternal gardens in the paradise gardens, and the honors they will receive in paradise. Sura calls for constantly praise Allah and glorify Him.
| I swear by the mountain! By the Scripture written on unfolded delicate skin! By the house filled with (temple in seventh heaven)! By the roof of the erected! I swear by the sea kindled (or crowded; or empty; or mixed)! Your Lord’s punishment will surely come, and nothing will turn him away. That day the sky will shake with hesitation, and the mountains will come into motion. Woe that day to those who consider truth to be false who has fun indulging in idle talk. On that day they will be mercilessly plunged into the fire of Hell. This is the very Fire that you thought was a lie. Is this witchcraft? Or do you not see? Burn in it! You do not care whether you endure or will not be patient. You are rewarded only for what you have done. Truly, the God-fearing will abide in the Paradise gardens and bliss. They will rejoice in what the Lord will bestow on them. The Lord saved them from torment in Hell. Eat and drink to health for what you did! They will, leaning against it, recline on the lodges lined up in a row, and We combine them with black-eyed, big-eyed gurias. We will reunite believers with their descendants who followed them in faith, and do not diminish their deeds in the least. Every person is a hostage of what he has acquired. We will give them fruit and meat as they wish. They will pass to each other a cup of wine that will not bring either hollow words or sin. Their young servants, like the hidden pearls, will bypass them. They will ask each other. They will say: “Before, being in the circle of our families, we were in awe of fear. Allah showed us mercy and saved us from the torment of the sultry wind (or torment in Hell). We have cried to Him before. Verily, He is the Virtuous, the Merciful. ” 52: 1–28 ( Kuliev ) |
