Career

Martin Bergwoll began his career in small Danish clubs, Redovre and Avarta . In 2001, he joined KB , the Copenhagen Farm Club. Since 2002, he began playing for the main team of Copenhagen. In the first season, Bergwoll won the Danish championship as part of the team, and a year later he scored the first goal for the club and won the championship and the Danish Cup . In those same years, Bergwall played for the Danish national teams of various ages, was the captain of the team.

In the 2005/2006 season, Bergwoll was called up to the youth team of Denmark , in which he played at the European Championship , where he spent 3 games. In the same year, and then thereafter, Bergwall won the Royal League .

In January 2007, Bergwall moved to the Italian club Livorno , signing a contract for three years [1] . On January 31, he made his team debut in the Serie A match against Fiorentina (1: 2) [2] . In the same year, he scored his first goal in Italy, hitting the gate of Siena . However, his game did not save Livorno from relegating to Serie B. There, the Dane club entered the playoffs, where they defeated Brescia . In one of the games with this team, Bergwall scored a goal.
