Biography

Born on January 1, 1969 in the village of Dzharty-tyube , Suzak district , Chimkent region , Kazakh SSR , USSR .

In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov received a degree in economics.

Since 1992, he took the position of financial director of Altyn-Alma Concern JSC

Since 1994 - General Director of AOZT POLITEK

Since 1995 - General Director of Aysel-Kazakhstan CJSC

Since 1997 - First Deputy General Director of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy"

From 1998 to November 2001 - President of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy".

In November 2001, by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Minister of Transport and Communications.

Since March 14, 2002, he was temporarily suspended from office due to the beginning of the investigation of financial irregularities during his tenure as the director of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. In April 2002, he was finally removed from the post of Minister by presidential decree.
