Khitry - island of the Severnaya Zemlya archipelago. Administratively refers to the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .

Location
It is located in the central part of the archipelago 8.5 kilometers from the southern coast of the October Revolution Island at the exit to the sea of the Universitetsky Glacier . Other small islands of the archipelago - Sverdlova , Imperceptible and Khlebny , lie a little to the west of Khitroy, and the island of Korga is slightly less than 4 kilometers to the south.
Description
The island has an uneven elongated from west to east curved shape with a length of about 800 meters and a width of 50 to 200 meters. It is free from ice, there are no significant elevations on the island. The depth of the sea off the coast of Khitry increases sharply and reaches 100 meters already a kilometer from it.
