The village of Bazilevka is located on the right bank of the Romain River, upstream at a distance of 4.5 km is the village of Yarovoye (Burynsky district) , downstream at a distance of 4 km is the village of Shpotovka , on the opposite bank is the village of Konovaly (Romensky district) .
