History
The 233rd Motorized Division was created to manage the spare and training units of the 3rd Military District . On April 5, 1943, the 233rd Panzer Grenadier Division was transferred from the reserve to the inspection of Guderian's tank troops. At the end of 1943, she relocated to Horsens , Jutland , where she trained tankmen and grenadiers. In February 1945, a significant part of the division’s divisions, headed by headquarters, were given over to the Holstein tank division . By April, the division received a new headquarters and other units, which allowed it to act as a battle group (34 tanks in total, including 2 commander tanks).
