Design

All engines used were in-line, four-cylinder, leading their history with the Fiat-124, with a cast iron cylinder block and an aluminum alloy cylinder head, with a chain drive of a camshaft (SOHC) or a belt drive of two overhead camshafts (DOHC). Fuel supply - one two-chamber carburetor Weber ADF.

The front suspension is independent, with MacPherson struts and anti-roll bar. Rear suspension - continuous axle on double trailing arms of unequal length and Panhard traction, with springs and shock absorbers.
