Gligor Sokolovich (January 17, 1870 - July 29, 1910) - governor of the Serbian Chetniks in Macedonia .

Biography
Born in 1870 in Nebregovo (Macedonia). Did not receive an education. After he killed the Turkish Ali-Aga, he decided to join the VMORO in 1895 . He was in the detachment of Paul in Kratovo . With the beginning of the Ilden rebellion, Gligor served in the same detachment with other Macedonian revolutionaries: Sotir Atanasov, Atanas Murdzhev, Christy Lazarov, Dimitar Ganchev, Nicolas Pushkarev and others. In 1903, he joined the Serbian Chetniks after being in Belgrade , where he met with Dr. Milorad Godzhevac, the ideologist of the movement, as well as other Chetniks. He returned to Prilep , where he organized the movement of the Serbian Chetniks. He successfully fought against the Bulgarians , whom he defeated at Prilep , Veles , Kichevo , Porec .
In the summer of 1906, WMO was attacked by Serbian Chetniks in Krap .
His eldest son, Andon, was a Serbian volunteer during the First Balkan War .
Killed by the Turks near the spring.
