Ariel Rubinstein ( Hebrew אריאל רובינשטיין , born Ariel Rubinstein ; born April 13, 1951 ) is an Israeli economist.

Bachelor (1974), Master of Arts (1975), Master of Science (1976) and Doctor of Philosophy (1979), Hebrew University ( Jerusalem ). He taught at his native university (1981-90, professor since 1986), as well as at Tel Aviv (since 1990) and New York (since 2004) universities. President of the Econometric Society (2004).
