Story
The author’s project of Leonid Parfyonov is a two-part documentary film dedicated to the life story of the outstanding American inventor of Russian origin - Vladimir Zvorykin.
A fellow countryman of the legendary epic character, a native of Murom, Vladimir Kozmich Zvorykin is rightfully considered the ancestor of television technology. The film tells about the amazing fate of Vladimir Kozmich, shown through the prism of the history of the entire XX century.
The unique aesthetics and authenticity of the era was able to be recreated with the help of the latest computer technologies and game reconstructions, in which professional actors were involved.

In December 2010, the book “Zvorykin-Muromets” was published with a tuning table and a convex screen lens on the cover. 385 illustrations, an almost complete collection of photographs, frames and documents about the life of Vladimir Zvorykin. The book first published biographical notes of Vladimir Kozmich Zvorykin translated by Vasily Arkanov.
About music
The main musical theme aroused keen interest. At the same time, contrary to the canons, the musical compositions used in the program were not indicated in the credits. After a long search and requests directly to Leonid Parfyonov, a response was received from Sergey Nurmamed, the director of the program (see links).
