Alexander (Israel) Demidov ( Hebrew ישראל (סשה) דמידוב ; born April 8, 1957, Tashkent , Uzbek SSR , USSR ) - Soviet and Israeli film and theater actor. Prize winner Klyachkina [1] 1996 as the best Israeli actor and prize of the Theater Academy.

Biography
Born on April 8, 1957 [2] [3] in Tashkent. Repatriated in 1990. Lives in Tel Aviv .
In 1974 he graduated from school No. 44, and in 1980 - the building faculty of the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers, by profession, a civil engineer. In 1980-1982 he served in the Soviet Army , in the construction battalion in the city of Belovo, Kemerovo Region . Then he worked as a master in Uzbekistan, tried himself in the Tashkent theater studio.
In 1985, he left for Moscow and entered GITIS on the course of Andrei Goncharov and Mark Zakharov . After graduating from GITIS, he was accepted into the Mayakovsky Theater , and in 1990, together with his wife Svetlana and a group of actors led by Eugene Arie, left for Israel .
Since 1990, she has been performing at the Gesher Theater [4] .
