Microdistrict No. 1 (formerly Kartsa , Osset. Kartsa ) is a microdistrict of the city of Vladikavkaz in North Ossetia ( Russian Federation ) [1] , previously a settlement [2] .

History
The village has existed since the end of the XIX century. Until 1944, it was inhabited by Ingush, since 1946 it became part of the city of Ordzhonikidze (now Vladikavkaz) and was inhabited by Ossetians, Ingush, and Russians.
