Ferdinand Porsche designed and built this car in 1949 at the request of the Italian industrial tycoon Pierro Dusio, a great racing enthusiast and owner of the Cisitalia holding . Now this car can be seen in the collection of Donington Grand Prix or in the museum of the company Porsche .
