From March 28, 1950 to November 14, 1951 ^[1] - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mongolia.
In 1951 - 1952 - deputy head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
