Rules for processing and sending written invitations
According to generally accepted [ where? ] etiquette, the invitation is filled in by hand, in calligraphic handwriting with black ink .
The invitation must contain a respectful appeal to the addressee , the name of the event , the date , the exact time and place of the venue.
The addressee must receive an invitation 2-3 weeks before the event, and within 18 hours after receiving the invitation, notify the inviter either of his consent to attend or of the refusal, indicating the reason (not necessary).
The addressee who lives with the sender within the same city should receive an invitation through a courier , and not by mail .
Verbal invitations
Oral invitations have the same informative content as written ones. The invitation is pronounced directly to the addressee in person.
In Internet Services
T.N. “ Invite ” - an invitation “on recommendation” (from an existing member of the community ); they are used for access (registration) in some Internet services (closed forums , sites, also projects under testing , etc.).
