The flag of the municipality is the urban settlement Iksha of the Dmitrovsky municipal district of the Moscow region of the Russian Federation - an identification mark serving as the official symbol of the municipality.

The flag was approved on November 26, 2006 by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the city settlement Iksha No. 12 [1] and on December 8, 2006 was entered in the State Heraldry Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 2722.
By the Law of the Moscow Region of May 3, 2018 No. 1/2018-OZ [2] , on May 19, 2018, all municipalities of the Dmitrovsky municipal district were transformed into the Dmitrovsky city district .
Description
“The flag of the urban settlement of Iksha is a rectangular panel with a 2: 3 aspect ratio, reproducing with the offset to the pole the figures of the coat of arms of the urban settlement in red, green, yellow and blue.”
Justification of Symbols
The flag is designed on the basis of the coat of arms of an urban settlement.
Above the blue tip is a step-like undulating golden belt, allegorically showing the upper and lower concretes of the locks of the Moscow Canal , the laying of which served to the development and growth of the village, the current urban settlement. The upper part of the shield is divided diagonally. The green part symbolizes the steep descent of the mountain on which the urban settlement is located. The red color of the left field indicates the labor traditions of local residents.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of wealth, strength, stability and prosperity.
Red color symbolizes labor, beauty, celebration, vitality, courage.
Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, fertility.
The blue color is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
