Description
Females are 19–22 mm long, workers 10–15 mm long, and males 11–22 mm long. The bumblebee is similar in color to the bumblebee ( Bombus terrestris ), but the yellowish pubescence of the anterior part of the back and on the 2nd tergite of the abdomen are lighter.
Spread
Europe , Asia , North America (from the tundra to deserts and tropics). One of the most widespread species of the genus.
Security Status
It is included in the Red Books of the Republic of Mordovia and the Chelyabinsk region [1] .
