History

The right bank of the Mechetnaya River began to be populated at the end of the 18th century. Here, one after another, Cossack settlements began to appear, which were named Nikolaevka, Kournikovka, Vodyanaya. In 1810, the settlement of Turoverovo was founded, named after the landowners of the Turoverovs, who were its founders. The place for founding the estate was chosen on an island in the middle of the river. The island was connected to the shore by an underground passage.

After 1861 and the abolition of serfdom in the village began to appear prosperous peasants, there was a stratification of society. This led to the fact that in 1875 an uprising took place among the peasants of Turover. At the beginning of the XX century, Turoverov decided to open a school in which a bias would be made to study the "Law of God." The teachers at the school were the daughters of local landowners. The Turoverov family owned these lands until 1917.

After 1920, a society for the joint cultivation of land arose on the Talloverovo farm. It partially included villagers. An area of 1,500 hectares was allocated to the Turover POPs. A school worked in the village, which was located in the house of a former retired general of the tsarist army. The school moved to Turoverovo in 1925 from the village of Ust-Mechetka . In 1927, the first Putilovets tractor was purchased for the needs of society. Turover POPs existed until 1930. In the winter of 1930, the first collective farm was organized on the basis of small peasant farms. The first collective farm, called the “Victory of October”, included the farmstead Ust-Mechetka, Novoselovka, Poltava, Annovka and part of the farm Tuloverovo. Another part of Tuloverov went to the banner of the Commune. The second collective farm was called Podtelkova and Krivoshlykova. The commune included 50 cows, 40 pairs of oxen, 60 pigs, 1,000 sheep and 60 horses. In 1930, about 150 people were members of the commune.

A farm store appeared in 1933, and a club was built at the same time. This year, instead of the commune, the collective farm “Banner of the Commune” was organized in this place. In July 1942, Talloverovo was occupied by fascist troops, who left the village six months later in the month of December. In the 1950s, the condition of many buildings in the village was unsatisfactory. The bulk of them were mud houses that covered reeds and straw. In the mid-1950s, the union of three collective farms took place: the Banner of the Commune, Podtelkov and Krivoshlykov, named after Stengardt. At the place of their association appeared collective farm "Dawn." Its specialists began to work to increase soil fertility through the introduction of organic fertilizers. The construction of agricultural buildings began: calves, stables, poultry houses, silos. There were several mills on the collective farm.

Until 1958, the village of Talloverovo belonged to the Kiev region of the Smolinsky village council. In 1963, it became part of the Kashar region . In the 1960s, the number of people living on the collective farm increased. A stadium, a school, a shop were built, and public water supply appeared in the village [2] .
