Keil , Keila ( Hebrew קעילה , gematria - 215, Strong - 7084) - a city in the county of Judah , is mentioned in the Bible 18 times (Nav 15, 1 Kings 23, 1 Par 4, Nehem 3). David defended Keilus from the Philistines . It is usually identified with Khirbet-Kila, lying at the creek Wadi es Sur, 13 km northwest of Hebron .
