Blumberg, Jean Karlovich

Then he worked as the head of the operational-tactical cycle of the Military Engineering Academy of the Red Army , deputy head of the same academy. From June 1933 - Head of the Strategy and Tactics Department, and since November of the same year - Head of the Faculty of this Academy.
