Pazini made his debut in the World Cup in 2000 , in January 2007 he won his first victory at the World Cup stage. In total, today he has 2 victories at the stages of the World Cup, both in the sprint. Pazini's best achievement in the overall World Cup standings is 20th place in the 2008–09 season.
At the 2006 Olympics in Turin, he became 18th in the sprint.
At the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, he showed the following results: sprint - 20th place, team sprint - 8th place.
During his career, he participated in four world championships , won gold in the team sprint at the 2007 championship in Sapporo .
