Geographical position
Pozhnia village is located on the right bank of the Vorsklitsa river at the confluence of the Pozhnaya river, upstream 2 km away is the village of Stanichnoe , downstream 4 km away is the village Dernovoe (Trostyanetsky district) , on the opposite shore - the village of Druzhba . The river in this place is winding, forming estuaries, old ladies and marshy lakes. Through the village passes the highway T-1901 .
