The Scottish Open Snooker Championship 1999 ( Scottish Open 1999 , better known as the Regal Scottish Open 1999 - by the name of the sponsor) is a professional ranking snooker tournament that was held from February 15 to 21 in Aberdeen ( Scotland ). The winner of the tournament was Stephen Hendry , who beat Graham Dott in the final with a score of 9: 1.
