Practical Training
Practical training varies depending on how you can already drive:
- Driving checks (usually around 13 or 14 before you are ready for the final check)
- Risk 2 checks - this test will teach you how to maneuver a car in winter when it is slippery
Theoretical Training
Theoretical training in Sweden consists of 8 parts:
- Phase A, B and C (traffic and risks).
- Vehicle phase (how to save your vehicle).
- Repeat phase (repetition with additional questions).
- Final inspection phase (last inspection by the relevant service (Swedish. Vägverket)).
You will also have to take "Risk-1", a theoretical course on drugs, alcohol and driving.
All control tasks are performed on a computer, except for "Risk-1", which involves working with an instructor in a group.
There is an opportunity to study the theory of Körkort online for free .
