Biography
He was born on December 3, 1905 in a peasant family in the village of Sokolova, Litinsky district, Podolsk province (now Khmelnytsky district, Vinnitsa region of Ukraine ). Ukrainian. He graduated from three classes of a rural school, worked in the household. Since 1919, after the death of his father, he labored at the kulaks in his village.
From 1920 to 1927 he worked as a repair worker at the Voitovtsy station of the South-Western Railway .
In September 1927 he was drafted into the Red Army . He served in the 96th Vinnytsia Rifle Division , graduated from the school of junior commanders. In 1929 he was demobilized. He joined the police in the city of Khmelnik, Vinnitsa region. Then he graduated from two courses of the Vinnitsa Construction College.
In February 1933 he was sent to work in agriculture in the Vinnitsa district . He worked as chairman of the Nove Zhittya collective farm in the village of Tyazhilov, then he headed the collective farm in the village of Vinnitsa Khutor .
In 1936-1938 he again served in the army, in the same 96th Vinnytsia Rifle Division. After being fired for health reasons, he lived in the city of Vinnitsa , worked as the head of the tram management service. Since October 1940 - instructor of the organizational department of the Vinnitsa district committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine.
In March 1941 he was sent to the lagging collective farm "Red Army" in the village of Lavrovka, Vinnitsa district. With the beginning of World War II, he organized the evacuation of the economy in the Rostov region. For some time he worked as the head of the farm at the state farm in the village of Nizhnenagolnoye .
In March 1942 he was again mobilized into the army. He graduated from party activism courses at the political department of the Stalingrad Military District . Since July 1942 - in the army, he was appointed commissar of the infantry battalion of the 555th infantry regiment of the 127th infantry division of the 57th army . In November 1942 he was seriously wounded, was treated in a hospital in the city of Uralsk . After recovery, he was sent to the courses of junior lieutenants of the Stalingrad Front , which he graduated in March 1943 . He was appointed party organizer of the machine gun battalion of front-line courses for junior lieutenants. In this post he went to the end of the war, fought on the Stalingrad , Southern and 4th Ukrainian fronts .
After the war, he continued to serve in the army, was the deputy head of the advanced training courses for officers of the Carpathian Military District . In June 1946, with the rank of major, he was transferred to the reserve.
He worked as chairman of the Shevchenko collective farm in the Vinnitsa district of the Vinnitsa region. In 1951, the collective farm received a crop of seeds of Kok Sagyz 131.2 kilograms per hectare on an area of 16 hectares.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of August 28, 1952 for receiving a high harvest of kok-sagyz in 1951, Yulian Antonovich Nadkernichny was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin (No. 218083) and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle" (No. 6304) [1 ] .
He continued to successfully lead the collective farm, which continued to receive high yields and other crops.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of February 26, 1958, Julian Antonovich Nadkernichnaya was awarded the second gold medal for the outstanding achievements in obtaining high and sustainable crops of grain and industrial crops, the production of livestock products, the widespread use of science and best practices in cultivating crops and raising livestock. the Hammer and Sickle Medal (No. 57) [1] .
In December 1958, he was dismissed from the post of chairman of the collective farm, transferred to the position of foreman of the field crop brigade. Then he was expelled from the party. Since October 1959, he worked as the team leader of the integrated team on the collective farm “Ukraine” in the village of Stadnitsa, Vinnitsa district . In December 1959, reinstated in the party.
In March 1960 he was sent to the village of Sosonka , where he headed the collective farm "Leninsky gent."
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 29, 1961, he was deprived of the second gold medal "Hammer and Sickle" [1] .
Until February 1964, he worked as chairman of the collective farm "Lenin's Way". Then he worked as the head of the Vinnitsa dairy production association. In January 1968 he went on a well-deserved rest, was a pensioner of national importance.
He lived in Vinnitsa, in recent years he was seriously ill. He died on August 21, 1990 at the 85th year of his life.
