Mustafa Moussa (born February 2, 1962 ) is an Algerian boxer, bronze medalist at the 1984 Olympics.

Along with another boxer, Mohamed Zaui brought for his country the first Olympic medals in its history.
During the Olympic tournament in Los Angeles, he defeated Malaysian Drake Tadji and Englishman Tony Wilson, losing to Yugoslav Anton Yosipovich in the semifinal, who later became the Olympic champion. The third step of the podium was shared with the future world champion among professional heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield .
Later he made an unsuccessful attempt to gain a foothold in the professional ring, losing all 4 fights. At the same time, having spent the first two fights in 1988 , the next time he entered the ring in 1992 , and held his fourth fight in 2004 .
