Coach G. Kasparov in competitions for the championship of the world ( 1983 - 1986 ). Engineer. Champion of the Armed Forces of the USSR ( 1975 and 1977 ). In the championships of the RSFSR ( 1972 and 1976 ) - 2 places. In the RSFSR team, the participant in the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR 1979 - 3rd place. He successfully performed in the tournament dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War ( Moscow , 1975) - 1-3rd place.
