The Achinsk partisans - peasants - rebels , mainly of the immigrants, who carried out armed struggle in the Achinsk district with the troops of AV Kolchak at the end of 1918-1919 , were divided into sowing. and south.
In December 1918 , a detachment of 90 rebels was formed under the command of P. E. Schetinkin . At first the rebellion embraced 3, then 8 volosts . The rebels defeated whites in the area of the villages Iginka , Olkhovka .
In February 1919, Schetinkin had 1 thousand arms. the rebels, in general, in Achinsk district, guerrillas up to 3 thousand peasants. The area of the uprising was resettlement areas, poorly arranged and unsuitable for economic life. The movement was established in Pokrovskaya, Novo-Nikolskaya, Bolshe-Uluiskaya and other adjacent volosts, north of the railway. Shchetinkina's headquarters was alternately in Lapshikha, then in Kozlovka, near the railway line. A strong point in the rear of his Shchetinkin had with.
