Biography

Born in the family of a poor peasant. Russian. From the age of 7 he was a farm laborer, pasturing cattle, was listed as an assistant to a blacksmith, a blacksmith at agricultural repair shops of the Pereleshinsky sovkhoz (Voronezh district of the Voronezh province). In 1916 he studied at the village school in Ivanovka.

Member of the Komsomol in 1922-1932 .

In 1925 - econ. Volkom employee RLKSM in the village of Verkhnyaya Khava, Voronezh district, Voronezh province.

Worked at industrial facilities in Voronezh :

  • In 1925 - 1930, he was the blacksmith and the driver of a steam hammer at the steam locomotive repair plant named. Dzerzhinsky.
  • In 1933 - 1934 he was a senior engineer of a district power station.
  • In 1935 - 1936 - head of the electrical department of the aircraft engine plant number 16.
  • In 1936 - 1937 he was an assembly engineer of the Electroprom trust.
  • In 1937 - 1938 - Deputy Chief Engineer of Vodokanaltrest.
  • In 1938 - 1939 - secretary of the party committee of the Lenin plant.

In 1930 - 1933 and 1934 - 1935 he received higher education at the Moscow Mining Institute (now - the Mining Institute of NITU "MISiS" ).

Transferred to work in the state security and internal affairs.

  • In March 1939 - February 1941 — Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR .
  • In February - July 1941, the People's Commissar of the State Security of the Kyrgyz SSR .

In August 1941, he was sent to the army as deputy head of the Construction Directorate of fortifications of the NKVD of the USSR in the northern sector (From Ura-Guba, served the Karelian Front).

  • In October 1941 - May 1942 - deputy head of the 2nd Directorate (North-West) defense works of the USSR NPO.
  • In May 1942 - July 1943 - deputy chief of the Special Department of the NKVD 43 army (Reserve and Kalinin fronts).
  • In July 1943 - May 1946 - Deputy Head of the Counterintelligence Department of the Smersh 3rd Shock Army (Baltic, 2nd Baltic and 1st Belorussian fronts).

In July 1946, transferred to public administration at the Ministry of Coal Industry of the Western USSR (until December 1948, Head of the Import Department and Head of the Special Import Supply Department, then Head of the Ore Repair Plant of the Energy Department of the Ministry).

From January 1949 to 1952 - Head of the Department of Mining Control Department of the Main State Mining Technical Inspectorate of the Ministry of Coal Industry of the USSR.
