Geographical position
The village of Voskresenka is located on the banks of the Kuritsa River, the village of Uspenka adjoins upstream, and the village of Nikolaevka is located downstream at a distance of 2.5 km. There is a big dam on the river.
History
The village has been known since the first half of the 18th century and was called Gamaleevka [2] . In 1941, it was called Stalin [3] .
