Born in the family of a policeman .

Since 1986, retired. He was buried at the Don cemetery.
Family
Daughter - Olga Konstantinovna Rusakova (born 1953), son-in-law - Alexei Ivanovich Podberezkin . From December 1995 to December 1999, he was a deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation.
