Li Teyin ( Chinese 李铁映 , born September 18, 1936 ), president of the PRC Academy of Social Sciences in 1998-2003. He held several leading party positions in the CCP [1] . For more than twenty years, he headed the State Committee for Economic Restructuring of the People's Republic of China and made decisions within the framework of the “ policy of reforms and openness ”. [2] Author of several monographs.

Biography
Born in September 1936 in the territory controlled by Chinese Communists of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Soviet District . In April 1955, he joined the Chinese Communist Party .
In 1950-1955 he studied at the Secondary School No. 2 at the Beijing Pedagogical University, the School for the Training of Russian Students in Beijing.
From 1955 to 1961 he studied physics at the Faculty of Physics in Czechoslovakia , in September 1961 he returned to China, where he worked as an engineer.
In 1961-1966, he served as deputy director of department No. 13 of the National Defense Research Institute of the PRC. In 1964-1965 he studied Japanese at the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Languages.
In the years 1966-1970 he held the position of Deputy Director of the Fourth Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering No. 1413. In 1970-1978 - Head of the Department of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Engineering No. 1424. In 1978-1981 he worked as a leading engineer, deputy director of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Engineering No. 1447, at the same time he served as deputy chairman of the Shenyang City Science and Technology Commission and the Liaoning Province Science and Technology Association [1] [2] .
In 1983-1984 - Secretary, Executive Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shenyang City. In 1984-1985 - Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the CCP of Liaoning Province, as well as Secretary of the CCP of Xichang County, Liaoning Province.
In 1985-1988, the Minister of Electronic Industry and the head of the Party Committee of the Ministry, the Minister for Economic Restructuring [1] [2] .
In 1988-1993, the Minister of Education of the PRC and the head of the party committee of the ministry. In 1993-1998 he returned to the post of Minister for Economic Restructuring. In 1998-2002, the president and party organizer of the PRC Academy of Social Sciences . He headed it until January 2003. In 1997-2002, he was also deputy head of the newly created commission on spiritual culture under the Central Committee of the CPC Ding Guangen (15 convocation).
In 2003-2008, the deputy chairman of the Standing Committee of the All-China Assembly of People's Representatives ( SC NPC ) of the 10th convocation, the second by listing [3] .
